Bi-weekly check-ins and follow-ups
We will be in contact often. This communication will allow me to see how well your journey is progressing relative to your goals. Check-ins will also provide me the opportunity to make on the fly adjustments. Life doesn't always go as planned, so when things get chaotic, these adjustments are vital to keep the wheels moving.
Movement and form checks
If there's any exercise or movement you're unsure about, I will provide feedback as quickly as possible in order to ensure you're moving with the utmost efficiency.
